In the spring of 2020, the construction of a new DIY store for real estate owner Fastpartner was completed. The project began with the demolition of the existing building, although the basement had to be preserved as it housed a shelter whose function had to be preserved. Above the preserved basement, the new building materials store was then built where XL Bygg now has its operations.
