With 10,000 square meters of carefully recycled office space and a restaurant, café and shops on the ground floor, there is something for everyone. The properties are owned and managed by Alecta Fastigheter AB and are located opposite Nya Ullevi. Our team at protek consists of project managers, design managers, construction managers and inspection managers.
