For several years, Fastpartner has been a driving force in the development of Västberga industrial area. Västberga has a strong development with several new establishments and is described as an area with “unlimited opportunities in the middle of Stockholm”. As part of a total of three plans, the Västberga Entré project is now being launched.
The project comprises one block and will accommodate approximately 33,000 BTA of new construction divided into offices, warehouses and logistics as well as parking. The project will be carried out in phases and will also include demolition and soil remediation, as well as the redevelopment of an existing office with conservation requirements.
protek has been entrusted with the strategic management of the main project in terms of development and procurement as well as the implementation of the respective sub-projects through design, construction and project management.
