The project covers a total area of 45,000 square meters. The building is located directly adjacent to the new West Link commuter train station currently under construction in Haga. The interior and exterior of the building will undergo major changes with demolition right down to the existing frame.
During the reconstruction, new, airy premises, glass roofs over light courtyards and roof terraces for future tenants are being formed. On the ground floor, premises for future restaurants are also being built. The large amount of light will also give the facade a new look with a combination of brick details, glass sections and bay windows.
The project is being carried out in close collaboration between BRA Bygg, Alecta Fastigheter and protek. The architect for the conversion is Gothenburg-based Gajd Arkitekter.
