In the beautiful surroundings of Näsby Slott in Täby outside Stockholm, Niam is developing Näsby Slottspark with condominiums, senior housing and villas. protek has had the honor to be in charge of project and construction management of the new production of a nursing home. The project is challenging because it is being carried out in a historic environment and requires special consideration for the surroundings, and because there are several contractors working in the area. The tenant has had high standards of performance and has been involved throughout the project. Niam developed the care home in collaboration with Skanska, and protek worked closely with the client. Näsby Park care home has 54 rooms and was completed in November 2020.
