On behalf of Fastpartner, 200 apartments of approximately 16,000 sqm GFA in total are being built in Nya Märsta Centrum north of Stockholm. The project is part of the further development of the new city center area, where protek has been given continued confidence to lead also phase 3.
The project consists of four residential buildings and a parking garage, with the tallest residential building being Sigtuna’s tallest building after the air traffic control tower at Arlanda. The project started in 2017 and is expected to be ready for occupation in 2020 and 2021.
