Skanska has signed a contract with Skandia Fastigheter to build two buildings in the ongoing urban development of Backaplan, Gothenburg
The construction project comprises two buildings, eight and seven storeys high. The first building will have two levels of retail and six levels of housing, while the second building will have a three-level parking garage and four floors of housing. In total, there will be over 420 apartments in the two buildings.
The project will be the starting point for a new initiative at Backaplan, where there is a vision to combine the power and creativity of the area with safe, modern buildings and mixed neighborhoods.
