Our offices are centrally located in attractive locations, which, in addition to stimulating surroundings, enables transportation by public transport and bicycle.

The individual
We encourage different backgrounds and experiences to learn from each other. We have a common knowledge bank which allows for a breadth in several disciplines but which builds on the different expertise of individuals.
Together, we develop an individualized development plan to achieve your ambitions and those of your protégé. We give you the opportunity to influence which training and areas to include in your development plan. The individual development plan also includes trainings that protek sees as mandatory to achieve a good basic level. We also develop at joint seminars that strengthen us in our professional role.
Every new employee at protek is assigned a mentor to ensure a good introduction, both knowledge-wise and socially. The sponsorship is individualized to meet your previous experience and knowledge. Your journey is our journey.
The future
Creating an impact places great challenges on us as project managers. As a leader of a project team, the challenge lies in keeping technology and the environment together with human relations and creating the commitment required of everyone.
We get variety in our work through our projects, which range from large to small, from hut to castle. But that’s not all, the variation also lies in how we implement the projects with different forms of cooperation both within the proteks and the project organization.
