Updating an iconic building!
We have been given the opportunity to carry out the design of SKF’s former headquarters in Gamlestaden for Aspelin and Ramm. The building, contemporary and iconic was built in the early 60s and covers about 20,000 sqm containing, among other things, beautifully ornate elevator halls and a facade covered with golden shimmering tiles, like Sydney Opera House.
It’s a fun challenge to meet today’s office requirements and adapt the building for a flexible future with several different tenants.
